Ochazuke is a traditional Japanese dish that has been enjoyed for centuries, known for its comforting and warm qualities.

We have taken this classic dish and added our own modern twist, elevating it to new heights of simplicity.

Our ochazuke dashi-base is a carefully crafted combination of prosciutto, roasted sardine, and chicken, infused with our unique house-made oils to create a rich, flavourful broth.
