Join us for the first ever craft sake and food matching night in Melbourne.

Our renown chef Mo has created a 4 snacks menu to pair with 4 different unique craft sake from Lagoon brewery, including some doburoku too.

Lagoon sake brewery is founded in 2021, the owner Yosuke Tanaka, also the brewer himself, is running this micro brewery located at Northern Niigata prefecture on the shores of the Fukushimigata lagoon, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife.

Lagoon’s craft sake are new, non-traditional, fun and exciting.
Expect an unusual twist of sake fermented with fruit together or a pizza margarita flavour sake.
